He has managed various oil and gas, energy and corporate finance transactions in excess of US$4b and led the listing of an indigenous E&P company on a “Tier 1” international stock exchange.
His previous experiences include Inter Pipeline Fund in Calgary, Canada where he was integral to the valuation, structuring and financing of over US$10b transactions and KBC Technologies, Canada where he managed the development of simulation/modeling software for oil refineries.
Kunle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, and an MBA from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada.

Olu has over 22 years of economic and financial experience in the International and sub-Saharan Africa upstream, midstream, pipeline transportation and power generation sectors. He has managed various oil and gas, midstream and power transactions in excess of US$4b in Nigeria and other Sub-Saharan Africa countries including acquisitions, divestments, farm-ins / farm-outs and capital raising.
His previous experiences include Inter Pipeline Fund, Canada where he managed commercial, commodity hedging and business development functions in the NGL sector and various corporate finance roles with TransCanada Pipelines, Enron Corporation, Edison Mission Energy and Williams Energy.
Olu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, an MBA from the University of Calgary, Canada and is a CFA Charterholder.

Gbenga has over 20 years of private equity and corporate finance experience in the West African and international markets. He has managed various electric power, natural gas and energy infrastructure transactions in excess of US$3b and also manages Àrgentil’s principal investment and private equity activities.
His previous experiences include private equity roles at Aureos Capital, corporate finance functions at Standard Bank London, Stanbic Nigeria, and consultancy functions at Syntegra, London.
Gbenga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Greenwich, a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University College, London and is a Chartered Certified Accountant in the UK (FCCA) and Nigeria (ACA).

Femi has over 22 years of accounting, financial advisory, corporate finance, principal investment and project finance experience in the international and West African markets. He has managed the execution of over US$1b of energy transactions including a US$276m sale of a downstream marketing business, a US$150m transportation business as well as a US$100m real estate development.
His previous experiences include Managing Director/CEO of BGL’s Investment Banking Group, Investment banker at Rand Merchant Bank’ and Head & Director with Stanbic Bank’s Project & Structured Finance Group.
Femi holds an MBA from the University of Benin, Nigeria and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Peju has over 20 years of experience in Retail Banking and Human Resource Management. She has expertise in collaborating with Management in developing and implementing HR and operational strategies that align with the business strategy of the organization.
She oversees Corporate Governance practices and drives the ESG and impact objectives of the Business and its portfolio companies; providing strategic guidance on incorporating ESG factors in both existing and pipeline projects.
Her previous roles include VP, Corporate Services and Head, Human Resources at Ocean & Oil Holdings Limited; Head, Human Resources at OPSL Capital Venture Limited and Deputy Head, Alumni & Regulatory Relations and Deputy Head, Strategic HR (Talent & Executive Hire) at Access Bank PLC, Nigeria.
Peju holds a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Actuarial Science from University of Lagos, Akoka, Nigeria, has a certification in Finance (FFE) from INSEAD Fontainebleau, France and has completed the SMP by Lagos Business School, Nigeria. She also holds a certification in Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
